• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

RetroLogic offers the following subscription options:

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current price for your plan at each renewal.

You can cancel anytime through your account settings in the App. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you'll keep access until then.

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change subscription prices. If we do, we'll provide notice before the change takes effect, and the new price will apply at your next renewal.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone

• All content in the App — including but not limited to the RetroLogic name, logo, mission text, storylines, characters, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without our written permission.
• If you submit content to the App (e.g., journal entries, win logs), you retain ownership, but grant us a license to store and display it back to you as part of the App's functionality.

RetroLogic provides self-improvement and motivational content for general informational purposes. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for professional care.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific personal outcome or result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RetroLogic and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
